Lapchick Creative Welcomes Mandy Davis
Mandy Davis recently joined Lapchick Creative, a full service strategic marketing firm in downtown Portland, as a Senior Account Director.
As account director Mandy will be responsible for the strategic planning, creative development, execution, and production of all projects.
Most recently Mandy was an employee of Perry and Banks where she concentrated on financial services and high end furniture manufacturing. Previously Mandy worked with Arnold Worldwide of Boston; overseeing the McDonald’s and Blue Cross and Blue Shield accounts.

Lapchick Creative Welcomes Erica Hebold
Erica Hebold recently joined Lapchick Creative, a full service strategic marketing firm in downtown Portland, as Design Director.
Erica will be responsible for overseeing strategic and creative planning and design for Lapchick Creative clients, as well as the agency. Erica brings years of graphic design experience from, most recently, Perry & Banks. She also serves on the board of AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Arts). In addition to her experience in Portland, Erica has also worked in California’s Silicon Valley.

Lapchick Creative Expands Design and Account Services Teams
Lapchick Creative, located in downtown Portland, has named the following people to the specified positions—Carrie L. Byrne to Creative Director, Kelin Welborn to Graphic Designer, Mara Bernazzani to Project Manager, and Ryan Champagne to full-time Intern.
Carrie oversees strategic and creative planning and design for Lapchick Creative clients, as well as the agency. Carrie joins Lapchick Creative from C+ Design, a freelance design firm she began when moving to Maine. Prior to moving to Maine, Carrie was associate creative director at Nerland Agency Worldwide Partners in Alaska. In addition to an MFA in graphic design from Rhode Island School of Design, Carrie brings over 12 years of experience in both management and design.
Kelin is responsible for the concept and design of projects, as well as preparing final files for press and reviewing proofs. Kelin attended Ringling School of Art and Design, in Sarasota Florida. Prior to Lapchick, Kelin worked at Finelight Strategic Marketing and Kelin Welborn Design. She brings experience working on a large range of clients and campaigns from fortune 500 companies to small businesses.
Mara's responsibilities include tracking the status, deadline, and budgets of all jobs, while communicating with clients and staff. Mara graduated from University of Southern Maine and has experience working as an intern at Lapchick. Mara previously worked at Pierce Promotions and Event Management where she gained experience in marketing, customer relations, and account management.
Ryan comes to Lapchick from Penn State University, where he graduated with a Degree in Turfgrass Management and Marketing. Ryan assists the office manager in both agency and client daily tasks. He will help with client projects including researching and updating information and any other odds and ends around the office.
